We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you ship the items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Please download and print the returns form pdf below for each order you would like to return and send it back along with the items you are returning.
We can’t accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders nor digital downloads.
We don’t accept cancellations if this is raised after 3pm (GMT) on the day of the order placed.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once the condition has been checked, then a £2.00 re-stocking charge per order will be deducted along with the original postage costs of £2.83 + VAT even if the order was eligible for FREE delivery.
If an item has been bought in the sale, or during certain site promotions where price reductions are applied then you may return it within 7 days.
Please let us know about your dissatisfaction with any product, using our email or contact form.
We will liaise on your behalf with the manufacturer and will ask them to arrange collection of goods from you and to offer you replacement of the faulty items.
At Manor Farm Wools we will used a tracked mail delivery service, even if the order is eligible for FREE delivery.
We will not accept liability for orders that have been delivered, with proof of delivery that are stolen or go missing. Please ensure if you are not in you have added delivery instructions to a safe place or you have arranged re-delivery at a more convenient time.
